THE STORY OF CWMBACH COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION

Founded in 2022

Cwmbach Community Association was founded in August 2022 initially to work on getting a Multi-use games area (MUGA) in Cwmbach. The aim of the group became more broad as we realised the extent of the issues in Cwmbach.

Cwmbach Community Association is completely volunteer run, by local people that want to change Cwmbach for the better. Our members are fed up with the lack of Community Spirit, the consistent loss of community facilities and we wanted to showcase the good things that already exist in the community and to work on area's/issues that are not currently being address in the area. To date Cwmbach Community Association has almost 70 members and has set up and run various Cwmbach social media groups with a membership over 2000 people.
